Parveen Goel brings over 37 years of leadership experience across the petrochemical, fertilizer, and power generation industries.
He holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, and later completed his MBA, combining strong technical expertise with business and organizational leadership.
Before joining LogicApt, he served as Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) at the Dahej Petrochemical Complex, where he played a key role in managing large-scale engineering systems and industrial operations. Throughout his career, he has led diverse functions spanning plant maintenance, project execution, process optimization, and organizational management.
His technical expertise spans gas turbines, large centrifugal compressors, automation and control systems, electrical infrastructure, cross country hydrocarbon pipelines, and advanced materials used in demanding industrial environments. This diverse experience has provided him with a strong understanding of large-scale engineering systems and business-critical operations.
At LogicApt, Parveen oversees Finance, SEZ compliances, and employee satisfaction. His leadership helps strengthen the company’s financial and operational framework while supporting long-term growth and client success.
