A strategic leader, manager, and thinker with diverse domain expertise. She has experience over a decade in Intellectual property portfolio management, patent searches, specification drafting, filing, prosecution, providing clearance opinion on FTO, asset mining, and monetization where she is managing and advising on strategic and product development issues and is assisting in commercialization of technologies for early-stage companies. She has also worked as a Project Officer of a state, where she handled IPR matters of MSMEs, supported the Technology Management and Innovation development of various colleges and universities, provided guidance in Intellectual Property (IP) patent portfolio management, provided various IPR related training for authorities in District Industries Centre, and facilitated and coordinated IPR sensitization programs for SMEs. She has also delivered various lectures on the topics – “IP in Information Technology”, “The IPR support availability for Entrepreneur”, “Intellectual Property Rights & Technology Transfer” and “Win Business through IP”.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication engineering and a PGDOM Degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is extensively trained in IPR and Patent Management.
